McAllen, TX

Monday-Friday 7:45am-5pm

$42,000/year

 

The Client Growth Specialist focuses on generating new business opportunities by opening doors with decision-makers and securing qualified appointments. The primary focus is on creating new client opportunities, while the franchisee or lead employment specialist partners with the Client Growth Specialist in the field for final negotiations and closings.

 

The Client Growth Specialist is the entry-level role focused on opening doors and gaining appointments. Over time, this role can evolve into a Client Growth Manager position, where the employee develops closing skills, secures clients independently, and assumes retention responsibilities.

 

Core Responsibilities & Metrics include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

•                  New Client Acquisition

•                  Phone & Appointment Conversion

•                  At minimum, secure 1 new client per week (with a goal of 2)

•                  7–10 discovery appointments per week (in-person or virtual)

•                  100+ decision-maker connections weekly (calls, social touches, or meetings)

•                  Make 20 outbound calls daily (following up on social touches, emails, or ads)

•                  100% of calls and appointments documented in Q4 with next steps assigned

•                  Develop a Top 20 Hit List with an outreach cadence plan and consistent follow-up

•                  Primary goal is to secure qualified appointments with decision-makers for franchisees to close

 

Skills and Experience Requirements

 

•                  Demonstrated success with direct sales and social selling in a B2B or B2C environment

•                  Exceptional oral and written communication skills. 

•                  Strong phone presence with ability to build rapport and build credibility.

•                  Ability to effectively present information and reports to top management and public groups.

•                  Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook, social platforms, and marketing tools.

•                  Previous experience in Sales or related field is preferred

•                  Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
