Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plate Processing & Bindery Associate to join our production team. This role is responsible for developing printing plates through a processing machine and preparing them for press. During downtime, the associate will assist the bindery department with various production tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced printing and production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate plate processing machine to develop plates for press
- Inspect plates for quality and accuracy before sending to press
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Assist bindery department during downtime with tasks such as:
- Counting printed materials
- Sorting and organizing jobs
- Hand assembly and packaging of printed products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: $15.00 per hour

- Production/print shop setting
