Job Title: B2B Appointment Setter
Location: Pharr, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour + Bonuses ($100 per scheduled presentation with business owner)
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing B2B Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments for our sales team. This role focuses on prospecting local businesses, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling confirmed meetings with business owners or key decision-makers.
This position is responsible for creating opportunities for the sales team and does not involve closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect local businesses through in-person visits, phone calls, and referrals
- Identify and connect with business owners or decision-makers
- Qualify leads by identifying basic business needs and level of interest
- Schedule confirmed appointments and presentations for the sales team
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement
- Confirm scheduled appointments to reduce cancellations and no-shows
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activity in CRM software
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified business prospects
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Experience in B2B telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
