Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Office – Produce Department)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Days Off: Sunday + one weekday
Availability: Must be flexible to work additional hours as needed

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our produce operations from an administrative/office setting. This role focuses on coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring efficient communication between warehouse staff, drivers, and management. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify shipping and receiving documentation (invoices, bills of lading, purchase orders)
- Enter and maintain accurate data in inventory and tracking systems
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff
- Track deliveries and resolve discrepancies or delays
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding shipment status and issues
- Maintain organized records of all shipping and receiving activities
- Assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and food safety documentation requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or office administration preferred
- Strong computer skills (data entry, Microsoft Office, inventory systems)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
