Warehouse Stacker / Palletizer (Cold Storage)
Location: Pharr, TX
Pay: $9.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – Finish (Shift may extend up to midnight based on workload)
Position Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Warehouse Stackers / Palletizers for a cold storage facility in Pharr, TX. This role involves stacking, organizing, and securing product on pallets in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in cold temperatures.
Job Duties
- Stack boxes and materials onto pallets in an organized and stable manner
- Strap and secure pallets for storage or shipment
- Move and position products as needed throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Steel toe boots required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work long hours as needed
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
Work Environment
- Cold storage warehouse environment with extended standing and physical activity
- Shift end time may vary based on production needs
