Maintenance Technician
$26.00 per hour
McAllen, TX
Express Employment Professionals are now seeking a Maintenance Technician who is proficient in the following areas:
- Maintenance and repair of stamping presses, associated feed-line equipment
- Die-Cast, Brush, and Grind equipment
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems and their individual components
- Lubrication systems and how to identify failing press components
- PLC Programming knowledge, backup, diagnostic and update: Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc 90-30, Automation Direct, Siemens and HMI screens
- Experience in industrial electricity and electronic; Diagnostic and repair of control circuits for D/C and A/C from 24 to 480 VAC
- Amplifier servo; servo valves, sensors, temperature control, transducers, variator of frequency, circuit board, 3ph motors troubleshooting.
We are seeking someone who can work overtime and has a strong knowledge of PLCs. $17.00 must be available to work all 3 shifts.
- 1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11am
- 3rd Shift: 10:30pm-7am
