Now Hiring: Inventory Controller (Temporary Position)
Location: South McAllen Area
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Overtime may be required during peak season, and candidates must be available to stay after scheduled hours as needed.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to support daily warehouse and office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory levels and records

Process purchase orders and track incoming shipments
-
Investigate inventory discrepancies and receiving issues
-
Update inventory databases and system records
-
Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile reports
-
Receive, inspect, unpack, and organize incoming materials
-
Re-stock shelves and maintain inventory labeling
-
Process or approve invoices for payment
-
Handle product returns and required documentation
-
Perform clerical duties including data entry, answering phones, and assisting customers
-
Support cash handling or payment processing when needed
-
Assist with training new employees
-
Perform additional duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
-
Previous inventory control, warehouse, purchasing, or related experience preferred

Must have strong experience using Excel pivot tables and Excel formulas

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
