Coordinate daily production schedules based on incoming orders, inventory levels, and shipping deadlines.

Communicate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are available.

Monitor workflow on the production floor to ensure timely packing, labeling, and order fulfillment.

Assign tasks and provide support to line leads, packers, and equipment operators to meet productivity targets.

Track yields, output rates, downtime, and labor usage; report daily production metrics.

Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and sanitation standards (GMP, HACCP, SQF, etc.).

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve production or quality issues.

Train and onboard new production staff; assist with ongoing employee development.

Troubleshoot scheduling or production conflicts and adjust resources as needed.

Support continuous improvement efforts related to workflow, efficiency, and waste reduction.
