Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a milling facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using precision tools and testing instruments

Repair, replace, and calibrate machine parts; perform motor alignments
-
Fabricate or weld parts as needed; assist with equipment installation or relocation

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and support food safety standards
Qualifications:
-
Previous maintenance mechanic or industrial mechanic experience required

Strong skills in mechanical troubleshooting, pneumatics, and use of hand/power tools

Ability to read manuals, schematics, and follow maintenance schedules
-
Welding/fabrication experience a plus

Reliable attendance and commitment to safety and quality
Pay: $18.00
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
