Warehouse Clerk
Location: McAllen, TX
Pay: $12 - $14 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed)
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Clerk for a busy warehouse in McAllen, TX. This position is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience supporting warehouse operations through inventory tracking, shipping and receiving documentation, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company software
- Pull, verify, and reconcile inventory within the inventory management system
- Monitor inventory transfers and update records as needed
- Process shipping and receiving invoices and documentation
- Perform data entry with a high level of speed and accuracy
- Research inventory discrepancies and assist with inventory audits
- Maintain organized warehouse records and files
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse administrative duties
- Complete special projects and additional assignments as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping & receiving, logistics, or clerical experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Open to working overtime and occasional Saturdays
