Training Facilitator
Location: Remote
Pay : $22 Hourly

Reports To: Training Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Training Facilitator to lead virtual training classes for new hires and existing employees across multiple client programs.
In this role, you'll create a positive learning experience by delivering interactive virtual training, coaching employees, and helping new team members build the confidence and skills they need to be successful. If you enjoy presenting, mentoring, and making a difference, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions using Zoom and Microsoft Teams for classes of 2–25 learners.
- Deliver new hire training, refresher courses, cross-training, and professional development sessions.
- Coach and support trainees through one-on-one and small group feedback sessions.
- Provide Quality Assurance feedback to help trainees improve performance.
- Record voiceovers for self-paced online training modules.
- Prepare for each training session to ensure a professional, interactive learning experience.
- Partner with Instructional Designers, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to stay current on training content and client processes.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and learner progress throughout training.
- Share trainee successes, challenges, and performance updates with leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve training materials and learning outcomes.
- Participate in train-the-trainer sessions and ongoing professional development.
- Assist with customer calls on new client programs to better understand operations when needed.
- Embrace change and contribute ideas to improve training and learner experiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–2 years of virtual training facilitation experience required.
- Experience delivering engaging online training to adult learners.
- Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and keep learners engaged in a virtual classroom.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and learning new client programs.
Technical Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using Windows 11.
- Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
Work Environment
- 100% Remote position.
- Sedentary office environment.
- Daily use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and headset.
- No travel required.
