Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Make-Ready Technician for several apartment communities in the Victoria area. The Make-Ready primary responsibility is to ensure vacated apartments are restored to market-ready condition while assisting with work orders, grounds cleaning, and exterior property projects.
Responsibilities

Trash out and prepare vacated apartments for new residents

Ensure units are ready to lease within the assigned timeframe

Remove litter and debris daily from all areas of the property

Assist with cleaning and maintenance of storage rooms
-
Distribute resident communications as directed
-
Provide excellent customer service to residents
-
Assist with general property maintenance and exterior projects

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Previous make-ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred

Basic knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, or pool maintenance helpful

Ability to make sound decisions and work independently

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Ability to perform physical work including lifting and outdoor tasks
