Position: General Laborer (Short-Term with Potential for Permanent Employment)
Pay: $14 per hour
Location: Victoria, TX
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
We are seeking dedicated and motivated General Laborers for a short-term position with the potential for permanent employment. This position involves physical labor. Responsibilities include grounds work such as trash picking, painting, mowing/weed-eating, and fencing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as trash picking, mowing, weed-eating, and painting
- Assist in fencing and other outdoor maintenance duties
- Perform maintenance, including debris removal and general clean-up
- Ensure the work area is maintained in a safe and organized manner
- Operate equipment as necessary, such as lawn mowers, and weed eaters
- Assist with general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and steel-toed shoes
- Must be available to work the full week
