Pay: $20.00 - 22.00/HR
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
A local community company in Victoria is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity with great long-term benefits and a consistent weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments

Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues

Complete work orders and maintain equipment as needed

Ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the property
Qualifications:

Previous maintenance experience required

General knowledge of residential repairs

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
