Position: HVAC Duct Builder
Location: Cuero, TX
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (4/10’s)
Status: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Duct Builder to join our clients team in Cuero, TX! This position involves building ductwork for residential homes, all within a warehouse setting. If you're hands-on, reliable, and flexible with occasional overtime on Fridays and Saturdays, this could be a great fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble HVAC ducts according to blueprints and specifications
- Work indoors at a warehouse facility, fabricating ducts for residential homes
- Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal and materials with precision
- Seal, insulate, and finish duct systems to quality standards
- Safely operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, and machines
- Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Experience building HVAC ducts (residential experience preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and work orders
- Reliable transportation to and from Cuero, TX
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed (Fridays/Saturdays)
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and tools as required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Hours:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4/10 schedule)
Overtime opportunities on Fridays and occasional Saturdays
Pay: $17 and up BOE
