Job Description:
A nearby farming company is looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join their team as a Farm Worker / Tractor Operator. In this role, you will operate tractors and other farm equipment while supporting daily agricultural operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, is comfortable with long hours, and wants to be part of a reliable, dedicated crew.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate tractors and other farm equipment

Assist with daily farming tasks as needed

Work 7 days a week based on seasonal demands

Maintain equipment and report any issues

Follow safety procedures and work efficiently
Requirements:

Must have a valid, up-to-date driver’s license

Willingness to work 40–80 hours per week

Tractor or farming experience preferred, but not required

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round
