Sales Account Executive – Outdoor Advertising
Location: Victoria, Tx
Full-Time
Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for sales and creativity?
We’re looking for a driven and motivated Sales Account Executive to join our clients Outdoor Advertising team! You’ll be one of the face of their brand in the field—building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping local businesses grow through impactful advertising solutions. No experience needed, only the hunger and motivation to learn the trade.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet and exceed sales goals by selling outdoor advertising (Billboards, Posters, Transit ads)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your territory
- Maintain and grow relationships with current clients and follow up with leads
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor campaigns and ensure smooth execution from start to finish
- Collaborate with our internal teams to deliver excellent service
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity
- Use CRM tools to manage client information, sales planning, and reports
What You Need:
- Great communication and people skills—you’re comfortable presenting to all kinds of people
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with grace
- Solid organizational skills to plan your day, track activity, and manage your time effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM tools a plus
- Ability to learn and explain advertising products clearly and confidently
- Must be comfortable making cold calls and prospecting new clients
- Valid driver’s license required
Preferred but Not Required:
- Previous experience in outdoor advertising or media sales
- CRM system experience (like Salesforce)

Work Environment:
- Split between office and field work
Pay: Guarantee base pay the first year - commissions made is bonus to base pay
