• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for residential modular homes using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop design concepts and ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback, client needs, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and modular construction standards.
• Assist in creating material lists, specifications, and documentation for construction teams.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for reference and audits.
• Support project teams with design modifications and troubleshooting during the construction phase.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2 years of drafting experience, preferably in residential or modular home design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD required; Revit or similar a plus).
• Knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with modular construction processes is a plus.

• Office-based role in Cuero, TX, with occasional visits to manufacturing facilities or job sites.
• Standard work hours with potential for overtime during project deadlines.

• Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.
