Office Manager - Manufacturing

We’re looking for an Office Manager with a background in Manufacturing to support our client’s manufacturing operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, balancing multiple priorities, and being at the center of communication between departments.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Handle purchasing responsibilities, ensuring materials and supplies are ordered accurately and on time.

  • Assist with budget tracking, recordkeeping, and general office management.

  • Support inventory oversight and learn to navigate the company’s ERP system (training provided).

  • Coordinate with production and leadership teams to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and contribute to a safe, efficient workplace.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Solid administrative background, ideally in an manufacturing environment.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (enjoy 3-day weekends!)

  • Pay: $20–22/HR, depending on experience
