Job Summary
Bo/Gar Enterprises is seeking skilled Welders for our CNC manufacturing facility in Victoria, TX. Candidates must be proficient in MIG welding and capable of working with a variety of materials, including high carbon steel, sheet metal, and prototypes. The role involves interpreting complex blueprints, applying geometric and trigonometric principles, and ensuring precision in part production. Welders will also perform basic equipment maintenance and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on various materials, including high carbon steel, sheet metal, and prototypes.

Inspect precision parts and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.

Conduct basic maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications

Experience:
-
3+ years of MIG welding experience (preferred).

1+ year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred).

1+ year of experience in a warehouse setting (preferred).

Skills:

Proficiency in MIG welding techniques and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.

Strong understanding of geometric and trigonometric principles.
