Operator
Location: Victoria, TX
Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00/hr
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Operator for our client. This position is responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce quality products in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor assigned machines or equipment

Perform routine quality checks during production
-
Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments as needed

Maintain production logs and records
-
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
-
6+ months experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Team-oriented with good communication skills
