Tractor Technician – Now Hiring (Victoria, TX)
Pay: $17–$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time

Express is seeking an experienced Tractor Technician for one of our clients. This role involves both shop work and local field service, supporting a variety of equipment repair needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot tractors and related equipment

Perform maintenance on electrical components and mechanical systems

Operate a forklift as needed

Conduct field service calls within the local area

Complete work orders accurately and efficiently

Lift and move up to 75 lbs as required
Skills & Requirements:

3+ years of tractor mechanic experience
-
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
-
Ability to work with electrical components
-
Must have own tools
-
Forklift experience required
-
Ability to lift 75 lbs
-
Reliable and able to work independently
