Are you looking for a hands-on role in the concrete and construction industry?
We are hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for a growing concrete company. In this role, you will support daily yard and production operations by safely operating heavy machinery and helping move materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility and job sites.
You’ll work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient workflows and safe material handling.
Essential Functions

Operate heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, telehandlers, and yard equipment

Load, unload, and move raw materials, concrete products, and supplies

Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Support production and yard operations as needed

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Experience operating heavy equipment in a concrete, construction, or industrial setting

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic

Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
