Full Job Description
We are hiring a Foreman for a growing concrete and construction operation. This role leads crews, coordinates daily job site activities, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This position offers long-term career growth and leadership advancement.
Essential Functions
• Lead and supervise crews on job sites and in yard operations
• Assign daily tasks and monitor production goals
• Enforce safety policies and quality standards
• Coordinate with management and production teams
• Train and support team members
• Track job progress and material needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in construction or industrial environments
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
