Full Job Description
We are hiring a Non-CDL Bus Operator in Victoria, TX. This role is responsible for transporting passengers safely, following assigned routes, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and able to work a flexible schedule.
Essential Functions
• Operate assigned vehicle safely while following route schedules
• Transport passengers in a safe and professional manner
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures
• Provide customer service and assist passengers as needed
• Report incidents, delays, and vehicle concerns to supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report maintenance needs
• Complete required paperwork and reports

• Ability to follow directions and work independently

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment requirements (background, drug screen, etc.)
• Strong attendance and reliability
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods
Ability to assist passengers as needed
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
