Full Job Description
We are hiring an Electrical Hand for a modular home manufacturer in Cuero, TX. This position works in a structured indoor production environment building residential homes year-round — no weather delays or rain-outs.
This role focuses on assisting with electrical installations, including building fan kits, installing electrical boxes, and supporting the MEP team in a fast-paced production setting.
Essential Functions
• Install electrical boxes and related components
• Assemble and build fan kits
• Read and use a measuring tape accurately
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Follow blueprints and installation instructions
• Maintain quality and safety standards
Skills & Competencies
• Ability to read and measure accurately
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Basic knowledge of residential electrical components
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Construction or electrical helper experience
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
Preferred:
• Residential electrical installation experience
• Background in modular or production construction
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
