Full Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Trim Carpenter for a modular home manufacturer in Cuero, TX. This position works in a structured indoor production environment building residential homes year-round — no weather delays or rain-outs.
This role focuses on installing baseboards, trim, and interior doors as part of the finishing stage in a fast-paced production setting.
Essential Functions
• Install baseboards and interior trim
• Hang and install interior doors
• Measure, cut, and fit trim materials accurately
• Read blueprints and use a measuring tape proficiently
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain quality and production standards
Skills & Competencies
• Experience in trim or finish carpentry
• Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in trim carpentry or finish carpentry
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
Preferred:
• Residential or modular construction experience
• Production-based work background
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
