CNC Machine Operator
Victoria, TX
Pay:$18-$20 (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift (Overtime as needed)
We are hiring locally for a skilled and reliable CNC Machine Operator in Victoria, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery, maintaining production quality standards, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications

Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting as needed

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:

Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred

Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and strong attendance
