Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and experienced Industrial Painters to support ongoing projects in the Bloomington area. This position is ideal for individuals with industrial or construction painting experience who are comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments.
Responsibilities
-
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and blasting as needed
-
Apply industrial coatings, primers, and finishes to equipment, piping, and structures
-
Operate spray painting equipment and hand tools safely
-
Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
-
Follow safety procedures, including proper PPE usage
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Perform touch-ups and quality inspections as required
Qualifications
-
Previous industrial painting experience preferred

Experience with spray equipment and coatings applications
-
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
-
Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, or in industrial environments
-
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
-
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

TWIC card preferred (if applicable)
