Job Overview
We are seeking dependable Scaffold Builders to support industrial projects in the Bloomington area. This position is ideal for individuals with construction or industrial experience who are comfortable working at heights and in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
-
Assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
-
Read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
-
Inspect scaffolding components for safety and stability
-
Load, unload, and transport scaffold materials and equipment
-
Follow all safety regulations and site procedures
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
-
Previous scaffolding or industrial construction experience preferred
-
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor industrial environments
-
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
-
Familiarity with hand and power tools
-
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Ability to work well as part of a team
-
TWIC card preferred (if applicable)
