Job Type: Full-Time
Express Employment is hiring Make Ready Technicians for our client in Victoria. This position is responsible for preparing rental units or apartments for new tenants.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance
• Interior painting and touch-ups
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Replace fixtures and hardware
• Clean and prepare units for move-in
• Ensure units meet company standards
Requirements:
• Basic maintenance or construction experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
