Plant Maintenance Technician – Victoria, TX
Pay: $18–$28/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Express Employment is currently hiring Plant Maintenance Technicians for several industrial and manufacturing companies in the Victoria area. These positions support plant operations by maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure production runs smoothly.
Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and machinery

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

Repair or replace motors, belts, bearings, pumps, and hydraulic components
-
Assist with welding, fabrication, or equipment repairs when needed
-
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications
-
Experience with industrial or plant maintenance

Mechanical troubleshooting skills

Basic electrical knowledge preferred

Experience working with tools and industrial equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
