Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an organized and professional Office Administrator for a busy office in Victoria, TX.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping office operations running smoothly. The Office Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors while providing administrative, bookkeeping, and customer support. This individual will also work closely with the Vice President, assisting with daily operations and helping ensure the office functions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Work closely with the Vice President to support daily business operations and administrative needs.
  • Prepare and send customer quotes, and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate reports using online accounting software.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized files and documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling, office organization, and general administrative duties.
  • Communicate professionally with customers while confidently handling questions, concerns, and challenging situations.
  • Support a fast-paced, high-volume office environment while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office management experience required.
  • Experience with accounting software is required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy work environment.
  • Professional, personable, and customer-focused.
  • Confident and assertive when communicating with customers while maintaining professionalism.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while supporting leadership.
