Field Technician / Driver – Industrial Rental

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and hardworking Field Technician/Driver for an industrial rental company in Victoria, TX.

This is a full-time position working both in the shop and out in the field. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with industrial equipment, and willing to get their hands dirty.

Pay & Schedule

• $18–$20/hr, depending on experience
• Full-time
• Shop and field work

Responsibilities

• Service, clean, inspect, and prepare rental equipment
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Deliver and pick up rental equipment from customer/job sites
• Assist customers with equipment setup and operation as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment issues in the shop and field
• Keep the shop, yard, trucks, and equipment clean and organized
• Complete required paperwork for deliveries, pickups, and service
• Follow company and jobsite safety requirements

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience preferred
• Industrial, oilfield, rental equipment, maintenance, or field service experience is a plus
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Able to perform physical work and lift equipment/materials
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
• Comfortable driving to customer and industrial job sites
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
