Job Full Description
Woodworking Machine Operator
Compensation: $17-23/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a variety of woodworking machines, including planer, jointer, table saw, router, sander, moulder, and shaper
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Cut wood materials to precise specifications
- Occasionally drive to job sites (valid driver’s license required)
Expected Outcomes
- Accurate and efficient production of wood components
- Safe and effective use of machinery
- Timely support for delivery and installation at job sites
Required Skills:
- Ability to read plans and drawings
- Strong math skills and proficiency with measuring tools (e.g., ruler, tape measure)
Required Experience:
- Prior experience with woodworking tools and machinery
- Higher compensation available for candidates with expertise in machine setup and matching wood molding profiles

- Reliability and ability to work well in a team
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
