Role Overview
The Customer Service Associate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and shipping policies.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, billing) to ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate feedback to management.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (logistics/shipping industry a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
