Overview
We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations for a local manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, forms, and spreadsheets
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office organization
- Assist with processing customer orders, purchase orders, and shipping paperwork
- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and shipping carriers
- Support inventory updates through data entry, tracking, and documentation
- Act as a point of contact for customers requesting product information or order updates
- Maintain clear and timely communication with vendors and distribution partners
- Verify accuracy of product specifications, packing lists, and shipping labels
- Keep accurate records for manufacturing processes, safety documents, shipping logs, and product returns
- Assist with warranty or service-related paperwork
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, or distribution
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Customer-service oriented with professional phone and email etiquette
Pay: $19 - 24/hr
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
