Direct Hire Opportunity – Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview:
A growing distribution company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong people skills and solid warehouse and distribution experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff; manage performance at both employee and supervisory levels
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal management, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and driving requirements
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and workflow
- Operate or oversee equipment use; clamp truck experience preferred
- Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and workflow optimization
- Prepare basic operational reports using Excel as needed
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of warehouse and/or distribution experience required
- Proven people skills with experience interacting with both clients and management
- Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with WMS systems; SAP experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
- Clamp truck experience preferred
- Good driving record preferred
Pay:
$60,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule:
- Rotating 4-day work week
- 7:00 AM start time
- Day shift
