Job Full Description
Overview: Packaging products to be sent out.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Strictly adheres to all recipes at all times
- Assists in the production and preparation of food products, cleaning of preparation areas and equipment, and the control of production
- Maintains food standards and production specifications
- Inventories ingredients and ensures supplies and finished products are kept in adequate quantities
- Effectively receives supplies and raw ingredients, accurately documenting each reception into inventory system
- Execute distinguished sanitation, food safety and personal hygiene practices in accordance with training
- Works in a manner that is consistent with an understanding of the mission and vision, role, and goals of the company
- Participates in all facets of factory operations, including acting as a backup to any factory position
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Valid Food Handler’s permit and Driver License
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, recipes and memos.
- Effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Lifting up to 50lbs. Requires ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, stoop, and reach. Must be able to taste and smell. Ability to twist, turn, pull with arms and hands.
Hours/Shift: 6:15AM-2:30PM
Pay: $17/hr
