Job Full Description
Overview: Apartment Complex needs a Temporary Leasing Agent for 12+ weeks. The Leasing Agent is the first point of contact for all residents, guests, staff, vendors, and visitors to the community.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Providing apartment tours to prospective residents
- Collecting info and processing rental applications
- Completing inspections of the properties and apartments
- Helping to ensure apartments are in immaculate condition for new residents
- Responding to resident work orders, suggestions, requests, etc.
- Posting marketing for available apartments
- Completing market surveys in order to maintain awareness of the competition
- General administrative/office duties
- Must be able to multi-task
- Complete assignments with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely customer-service oriented
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Residential Rental Communities preferred
- Experience with Property Management preferred
- Experience with Property Management Software preferred
- Very professional appearance and demeanor
- Upbeat, Friendly demeanor
Hours/Shift:
Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am-5pm
Pay:
$20.00 hr.
