Job Full Description
Overview: Local Apartment Complex looking for Maintenance Technician to join their growing team.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Resolve and Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Pick up trash if seen on grounds
- Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
- Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:
- Painting and Drywall Repairs
- Electrical a must
- Minor Plumbingand Carpentry
- Other building maintenance items as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years Maintenance Experience or equivalent
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to prioritize and stay on task
- Accountability
Hours/Shift:
Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay:
$25.00 / hour
