Overview: A growing, locally family-owned pest control company is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join their team. This position plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by serving as the first point of contact for customers and supporting service scheduling and dispatch. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and excited about the opportunity to grow with a thriving local business. This schedule would be perfect for someone looking to work around school pickup and drop-off times.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service calendar
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location and service needs
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and service details
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist, scheduling, or service dispatch experience is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret maps
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
Pay: $20-$23/hour DOE
