Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Fence Installer / General Laborer on behalf of a reputable, locally-owned fencing company. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and taking pride in building quality structures. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work in varying weather conditions.
Job Duties:
- Assist with installation of residential and commercial fencing (wood, chain link, vinyl, etc.)
- Dig post holes, set posts, and assemble fence materials
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Measure and align fencing according to job specifications
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to complete projects
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, digging, carrying materials)
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Construction or fencing experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Hours/Shift:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay:
$19.00 – $25.00 per hour DOE
