Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Home and Estate Sale Organizer. In this position, you will be responsible for cataloging, organizing, and photographing items for online auctions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Cataloging and Organization
- Systematically categorize and catalog items for estate sales
- Ensure accurate and detailed records of each item, including descriptions, dimensions, and condition.
Photography
- Capture high-quality photographs of items for online auctions.
- Showcase the features and condition of each item to attract potential buyers.
Online Auction Management:
- Create and manage online auction listings on various platforms.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from potential buyers.
Client Interaction:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide updates on the progress of cataloging and auction preparations.
Logistics:
- Assist in the logistical aspects of estate sales, including set-up and tear-down.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in estate sale organizing, inventory management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in photography, especially in capturing product images.
- Familiarity with online auction platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
