Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal On Call Flagger. As a flagger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of construction workers and motorists in active work zones.
Responsibilities:
- Directing traffic safely through construction zones using hand signals or signaling devices.
- Communicating effectively with construction crew members to coordinate traffic flow.
- Following all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintaining awareness of surrounding traffic conditions and adjusting signal placement as necessary.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- Valid flagger certification required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work site.
Hours/Shift:
This is an On Call as Needed Positiona dn Schedule will Vary
Pay:
$30.00/hour
