Overview:
Provide customer support and resolve inquiries related to loan servicing, including payments, escrow, insurance, taxes, credit reporting, and loan terms (excluding bankruptcy and foreclosure). Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve loan account issues.
- Manage adjustable-rate and alternative mortgage products.
- Conduct annual escrow analysis and ensure accurate credit reporting.
- Apply payments, process refunds, and verify system reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate loan documentation and system updates.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 4+ years in mortgage banking or customer service.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of loan servicing and mortgage regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to regulatory changes and work independently or in a team.
