What you’ll be doing:
You’ll support an operations and finance team with a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Entering and invoicing sales and purchase orders in QuickBooks
- Managing manufacturing orders and production data
- Preparing shipping documents and sending customer invoices
- Processing payments, vendor bills, and utilities
- Assisting with payroll, commissions, and time-off tracking
- Handling phones, filing, ordering supplies, and general office duties
