What You’ll Do
As the Manager, Administrative Services & Support, you’ll play a key role in keeping the organization running smoothly. Reporting to the GM of Finance, you’ll oversee administrative operations, facilities management, and event coordination while supporting the executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support across departments
- Supervise and mentor one full-time Administrative Assistant
- Coordinate meetings, events, and company programs (from board meetings to holiday celebrations)
- Manage office facilities, vendor contracts, and maintenance schedules
- Oversee shareholder correspondence and partner relations
- Maintain office systems, supplies, and expense tracking
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and a service-oriented approach in all interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent communication skills and discretion with sensitive information
- Experience in event planning, meeting coordination, and vendor management
