Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Logistics & Fleet Manager to run day-to-day transportation operations for a local nursery with its own fleet of trucks.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage drivers, schedules, and the real-world issues that come with fleet operations. If you like solving problems, taking ownership, and improving how things run, this role gives you the room to do it.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily logistics, routing, and deliveries
- Lead and support drivers and transportation staff
- Handle scheduling issues, breakdowns, delays, and last-minute changes
- Ensure DOT and safety compliance
- Improve processes and efficiency across the fleet
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- CDL preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Fleet, logistics, or transportation management experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Comfortable owning problems and solutions
Pay & Benefits
- $28–$40/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent
