Express Employment Professionals is looking for a friendly, organized Office Assistant to support daily operations and provide a welcoming environment for visitors in a Dayton office.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, provide information, and assist with mailings
- Keep the office clean, organized, stocked, and presentable (light housekeeping included)
- Order supplies and maintain updated signage/materials
- Assist with planning and preparing for events (some weekend hours required)
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support administrative tasks
- Maintain a professional attitude in person, by phone, email, and at events
- Help with social media, website updates, and advertising materials
- Prepare agendas and packets, take meeting minutes, and distribute/post them
- Process deposits and invoices; submit required reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, and sit/stand for long periods
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Part‑time role with sick time benefits
